I downloaded a driver for a wireless network adapter, and now my PC won't boot. The Dell screen appears, with options to change boot order and whatnot, but after that nothing. Any ideas?

Off the top of my head, try going into your BIOS and disabling the network adapter so you can get in windows and roll back the driver. Since you mentioned "Dell," I'm assuming it's on board LAN?
