Pay Pal Problem

I recently sold a 40k Model on Ebay for 40$ and the guy sent the money through paypal. Paypal said it would hold the funds and not let me access it until either, 21 days have passed, Delivery is confirmed, or I get positive feedback. Well I shipped it out and put the tracking number in paypal, it has been confirmed as delivered since friday. I still do not have access to the money, The guy hasn't left me feedback yet but it is confirmed as being delivered.

    Did you enter the tracking number into Paypal? If you do that the funds will be available probably within a day or two once it recognizes it as being delivered.

    Yeah I put the number into paypal it was delivered friday which is why I am wondering about getting access to the money.

    Probably won't be available until Tuesday is my guess, this being a holiday weekend.

    Email paypal, just find the contact us link or whatever on the page and explain the situation. I've had this happen multiple times before and I always got emailed back the next business day saying they unlocked the funds.

    This. Normally after delivery is confirmed it's 1-2 bus days before the funds are available. Paypal is slow like that.

    Alright I will wait till Tuesday and than if it hasn't been updated I will go through and contact them.
