Whats wrong with youtube?

Seems like everyone in the world can watch videos except me. When I try ANY video, it says

"An error occurred, please try again later"

Its been doing this all day today and last night. Yet I see people posting comments on videos like nothing is wrong. Anyone know whats up?

    It happens to me as well, just refresh the video a couple of times and it'll work.
