A few won't kill you. Are you planning on post-bac work?

Probably not. I would like to go on to grad school and maybe phd.
Well, that would be post-bac work.
Honestly though, one or two W's won't hurt you. Went you start getting above 4, then you'll have some 'splanin to do.

It also depends on whether they're in your major or not. If it's just some whogivesafuck Gen Ed class you took freshman year and had an awful professor that liked to fail people I don't think your admissions boards are going to care.
If you go to work in the real world for a year or two, no one will care at all if you have a W every quarter. Testing well will further exaggerate their insignificance.
I made it to grad school just fine with two W's on my transcript, one of which was in a major course. You may want to mention it in your personal statement when you apply to a graduate program, but one W certainly will not kill you, especially since the rest of your grades that semester look good.

Same here. The main thing you want to avoid is a pattern of withdrawals, like dropping a class every spring quarter or every time you take a lot of units at once. I think you'll be fine.
