Fixie Project Frames for a Tall Guy

I'm 6'3" with ridiculously long legs and I finally have enough time and money to put together my bike. (Plus my old bike just got robbed and so I'm inspired to get a replacement)
I was about to get a 62cm Schwinn Traveler (Japanese built version) on craigslist and pick it up tomorrow but the seller just backed out on me.
So now my search begins again.
Are there any frames that you guys can recommend or things that I should look out for? I'm trying to spend less than $100 on the frame it self and plan to get it sandblasted and powder coated. Weight isn't really an issue so I'll probably end up getting an old Chromo or steel frame.
