I'm looking for a free online video hosting site that's good enough where you can scrub through the video frame by frame. Unfortunately Youtube doesn't offer this, and I was wondering if there's anything that does.

I think most quicktime videos do this, but I don't have any webspace to use for that.

    I haven't seen any online video sites that let you go frame-by-frame. I don't think it would work very well in a flash player anyway.

    You could get some cheap hosting (dreamhost, hostgator, etc) and upload quicktime videos or what have you.
