Cellfactor was released on XBLA for 800 Microsoft Points

Info about the game stolen from its website:

CellFactor®: Psychokinetic Wars is a fast-paced first-person multiplayer shooter where you choose your side in the battle of technology vs. humanity. Manipulate your environment and kill your enemies with your choice of gunfire and/or telekinetic superpowers. Use your mind to rip objects from the environment and smash them in any direction or use your powers to create a bullet-proof energy shield. Flying, teleporting and accelerated speed give you countless ways to kill or be killed. Take on the three single-player challenge modes (one mode for each character) or battle live enemies throughout the world in one of four multiplayer modes.

But really, fuck words right?

I've played through the demo a few times now and its pretty enjoyable for what it is. Sure this game wont change lives and from what I understand its free for pc (provided you have the lols for physics cards).

The game if you couldnt tell, is your basic sort of arena fps, only you can do things with your mind. From the demo here is what I picked up:

Three different classes, each with 10 single player challenges which seem to unlock bonuses for you to equip. Each class also has their own style of play + 1 unique power:

Powers for all classes:
LT= Pick up an object and throw it (yes you can kill people with this)
LB= Create a shield in front of your guy
RB= Class special

Bishop:
Weapons picked up get turned into psy powers that act like the weapon you picked up.
Class Special: You blast a large amount of crap at your opponent
You can fly/double jump

BlackOp:
Your basic soldier man
Class Special: You teleport to where you are targeting

Guardian:
Instead of having the other basic abilities listed above you can duel wield as well as these other abilities
LT= Fire weapon in left hand
LB+ Direction= Jumping Strafe
RB= Super Robot speed
And they have double jump

All of my information is based on the demo which you can download right now (335mb) off the marketplace. Basically I am bored this weekend and I've been wanting to shoot some people, so anyone else interested in spending 800 points together? If there is enough interest I will add in a place for live tags and pie.

Imagine: Screen Shoots

    I remember trying the PC demo for this a looooooooong time ago. Ran like ass on account of lolphysx chip requirement but was kinda interesting. How does it not need the chip on the 360 though?

    My guess is that it doesnt have all the same effects. I played the demo for about 45min and it ran smooth the entire time.

    Yeah, if you modified a couple lines, the PC version ran fine with a decent c2d. You only really need the physx card to do cloth and water physics
