Purchasing Soundfonts for Sibelius

My wife wants to get some soundfonts for Sibelius. I know nothing about music software, and was wondering what recommendations people have. Technically, I'm not even sure if soundfont is the right word. When she composes stuff right now, it's all very midi-ish, and we want something closer to actual instruments.

Do you have Kontakt Player Gold installed? If you don't, you should consider purchasing it from Native Instruments. It'll go a long way toward improving your sounds, and I think you might need it in order to use other soundfonts anyway.

Hrm. We can't even get Kontakt Player Silver to work. I found a video tutorial on the Sibelius site, but it references a button that isn't in the toolbar. I downloaded the demo version of 1.1 because it was all I could find on download.com. I managed to add Kontakt to the default playback setup, but it just plays every note as a distorted "kontakt" vocal sample.
