Is it possible to make my original Xbox wifi access point work on my 360? Thanks.

If you're original xbox wi-fi thingy plugs into the ethernet port, then yes, it should work fine on a 360 as well.

Yeah, it's basically just an MS-branded wireless bridge, it'll work with pretty much any network-capable device you plug into it. Note that the original firmware for the MN-740 only supports WEP encryption, which is kinda weak. There is a hack you can use to load updated D-Link firmware that supports WPA onto it, since the MS unit is just a rebranded D-Link DGL-3420.

I believe you can't put in your wireless settings through the 360, though. I had to set mine up through my original Xbox, but I assume there's some way to do it through a PC. Or maybe I just missed the set up options on the 360.

Another option is to bridge the wireless connection in from a computer/laptop if you have one nearby. Just run an ethernet cable between your laptop and 360, google/youtube a guide on how to set up the configurations, and you should be good to go.
