Man if my appeal to not get kicked the fuck out of school doesn't go through I don't know what the fuck i'm going to do for a whole year while i'm not allowed to be in school.
I had to put a whole bunch of shit together for my appeal and i'm like 7-8 classes shy of graduating. What a bummer.
mine was rejected. I took a semester off and then went to community college for a year. now I want to go back but I'm not sure if it's too late or exactly what the process is.

How about this one: I did two semesters at a big school and bombed. Mostly Fs, a few withdrawals.
Am I legally required to furnish that transcript? I still owe the school some money and I guess they won't forward my transcript until I pay them. So, I know most people do that because they don't want to forfeit the credits they got there... but if I don't WANT my transcript, is it illegal for me to just apply as a new student, thereby circumventing those Fs and Withdrawals, and avoiding my having to pay the school off in full up front?

like i said, i'm at a really bad state right now, so i'm just not running until next week, i'm walking every day to get used to activity
I don't drink all that much soda anyway--like once every two weeks--but i've already cut it out, so no worries
the sweets isn't a big thing, it's just that i eat too much of one thing in general
just gonna stay on my calories, eat lots of salads with lemon juice/balsamic vinegar and snack on fruits rather than feta cheese and walnuts wrapped in pita
although i am going to disperse at least a little cube of feta in my salads because i love feta too much

I don't think there is anything inherently bad about feta cheese. It's fat and protein. Don't eat too much of it and you should be fine.
Unlike, say, soda which is calories and death with no redeeming value.
