somebody want to summarize what's in the praetoria videos for those of us who think facebook is the devil?
GR is taking things to the next level, well ok CoV took things to the next level, GR takes things to the NEXT next level and I fucking hate that phrase so goddamn much and ooooh pretty pictures. Then a lot of stuff we already know and have known for months.
Earaegh you slotted dominate poorly. Mind is one of the only two powersets (fire is the other) that can hold an AV through the triangles if you slot it right. That includes ED-capping recharge and hold duration.
And you did the same thing I did, don't put the contagious confusion proc into Mass Confusion. That power goes off once a minute. Confuse goes off once every 2.5 seconds. If you want that proc to do anything worthwhile shove the purple set into your single target confuse.

Yeah, I know about Confuse, but I can put the high recharge set in one or the other, and it also happens to be the one with the proc. With MC slotted that way I can alternate MC and TD pretty much every spawn. Maybe I'll switch em around when I respec. I've been going this way since I made the character a Permadom and I don't find myself regretting it that often.
As for Dominate, I wasn't aware. I guess I can drop Shark Skin down to 2 slots and put in two 50 Resist IOs (not like I need to worry about endurance...) and drop the 4th Hasten slot to bring that up to snuff. I'll have to live with the shame of being 1.1 seconds short of perma until I can figure out how to get the last bit.
LotG are 250 merits, they're not that impossible to get.
And with this build you'll be set up to take on the RSF anytime, and you'll also be set up to rock the shit out of Lady Grey anytime you want. Drain Psyche floors AVs regen, so the Honoree fight isn't a desperate race against time to keep him from repopping Unstoppable and getting half his life back. It's him being hard to kill for a while then being dead. And you know Famine, that really terrible Rider with the endurance drain aura who makes that mission a bitch? He's really easy to confuse, and then his aura is hitting everything he's near. Like the other three Riders.
So the moral is you'll have some easy options for merit-getting.

Cold is a shitty set for recharge bonuses. Have fun with your 3.75%s! At that point you either have to think outside the set and cram LoTGs in or...well that's about it.
I actually think I can get there, it's just that I'll have to take the earth APP instead of /psi. Which is too bad because at that amount of recharge I could nearly make mez protection perma also, but I suppose earth has it's own tricks.

Yeah, I do remember bringing people into the Rikti mission and stacking the level up bonuses on people. Good times.
I decided to pool my money villainside, and I think I have enough to get my Mind/Psi dom up to permahasten. That should allow me to double-stack the sleeps on the last mission without outside forms of recharge buffs. I just have to go through the bother.
if/when I come back, I want to level up my mind/psi, I hear you can permadom them pretty cheap
