goodbye PA forums

I have found the mods here are unhelpful with assisting me in not breaking 'the rules'. I will never post here again. I know I haven't been the best poster etc of the forums but I have done my best to be helpful.

I was recently "warned" for a response I made and I asked why.

I was told in a very rude manner that I should read the rules on the forums.

I have read the rules and still have no idea what nebulous rule I broke.

so I shall never post here again and never attempt to bother anyone here with my useless knowledge.

so in closing, have fun everyone, sorry I couldn't be helpful, and sorry i couldn't get you the tatt shop info you needed (still waiting on buds to contact me).

I will still check out PA once in a while for a good comic but honestly, fuck the mods, if you can't tell me honestly what I did wrong you can eat shit, I'm happy enough to move on and never talk to you fucks again.

What crawled up your butt? A warning gives you zero infraction points and ladder theory is explicitly mentioned in the rules thread.

"Do not give really, really bad advice

i.e., endorsing obviously illegal activities, especially those that are explicitly banned by the overall forum rules ("Don't bother buying Windows XP, just download it here", or "She cheated on you? Burn down her house!", etc). An interesting example that actually came up: "to get rid of mold, clean it with a mixture of bleach and ammonia." In addition, any advice involving misogyny is likely to bring about a temp ban. Under this rule, the mere mention of the Ladder Theory, The Game, The Mystery Method, or Pick-Up Artistry in general is almost certain to bring about at least a jailing, if not a temp ban."

You didn't precisely recommend it, but allured to it being viable in other circumstances.

the ladder theory resonates with me because I've been there, and I felt it was honest and helpful.

if I have to worry that some fucktard with a mod level hasn't been through shit I have doesn't get what I mean, well, fuck em.

I can live my life without access to the PA forums.

I don't care if I'm banned, I am just a bit peaved if I have been portrayed incorrectly.

When the rules tell you not to do something you don't go do it and expect to go unpunished. The higher-ups say that the ladder theory is misogyny and against the rules, and you evidently decided to ignore that.
