ATM charges

I don't remember what bank it was but I saw this commercial for a bank that doesn't have an ATM charge would anyone know what bank it is???
I'm in NJ btw.

    I know that Washington Mutual has done away with ATM charges. I believe they even reimburse you for what other banks charge to use their ATMs.

    I think PNC also does that.

    It might also be worth it to figure out what bank has the most ATMs in your area.

    Well if they reimburse me if I use other ATM's then it really doesn't matter. Right?

    Fidelity/lionbank.com has it, though it's limited i think, like 3x/quarter or something. I think your best bet might be with the smaller banks, since they might just do away with having ATMs and just pay for your charges.

    I know that E-trade is advertising a no ATM fee program for its ATM network or on anyone elses, that may be the ad you saw. I've never actually seen an E-trade ATM tho.
