need help with comic book pricing

I have a copy of Annihiliation Super Skrull no. 1 with a very odd signature on the left hand side of it. From what I can tell it is real. I have never noticed this until today, and when I asked the owner of the comic book store near me he was clueless. I searched online, and have found absolutely nothing that would help me find out what it is. If anyone can help me find out what this is all about I will be so very grateful.

I know zero about comics but a quick search on Wiki tells me it's probably this guys signature:

I don't know what that means for value though.

It's not worth a lot. Unsigned it's not worth more than cover, and the signature doesn't add much. You might be able to get $10 for it if you found a buyer who really likes Javier Grillo-Marxuach, but I doubt it.
