Two insignificant bugs!

Check it out. Page 28 and 27 of G&T.
Page 27 Illustrates the thread shadows dont get pruned Page 28 is a common last page blank bug that occurs when doing searches, finding a users posts, and viewing forums. Oddly enough doesnt happen that often on threads (only after deletes) And as a Junior Admin in the Admin Panel Index the user count is off.

Well, the shadows get pruned when the thread they point at gets deleted. I'm not sure if that is the best policy or not, but that is the way it is.

I know what is causing the "last page blank" stuff, but don't have an immediate fix, unfortunately.

As for your admin panel, I've finally fixed that :)

    How about threads with polls?

Were they changed? Because now the first post blends straight into the poll. If needed, could get a ss...

Can we get the chemicals in. 'Cause anything's better than this.

Because Im a weirdo. A big weirdo. I hate GIFs (from an ethical point of view, the whole "pay me for use" shit bugs me), and JPG is often to ugly for text (and I didnt feel like doing selective JPG).

seems a little odd for a security freak to be using outlook....

    but meh.

I'll look into that table oddity. I know what's causing it.

Who says Im using vanilla outlook? Ive got my share of mods client and server side. Though I must admit using outlook is more of a forced hand than anything else. It best supports my iPaq.

No PDA support in Thunderbird/Mozilla yet? I woulda figured they'd have added that by now.

Okay the poll thing is fixed, as is the "last page of this forum is missing" and "last page(s) of this person's post history is missing".

As for the "moved-topic pointer doesn't prune" issue, if you want to delete the pointers from the back page of your forum, you can do that by using the "moderate this forum" link and then checking the boxes for the moved threads and choosing delete. I have done this safely in the past. If you delete the "Moved: <topic title>" thread in this way, it just deletes the pointer and not the actual thread.

That was a little hard to explain, but I have confidence that alpha at least will know what I'm talking about ;)

Ah, I figured the mod panel would take care of it what I didnt know is if phpBB would follow the pointer and delete both objects. Ive never understood some of the descisions the phpBB guys took with their "shadow" thread system. 2.2.x will have a better system for this (or so Im told)
