Over the last couple weeks I have been seeing these small black bugs around my bathroom and kitchen. I have have removed all the food from the cupboards in my kitchen and sprayed around the crevices in both my kitchen and bathroom with Raid, but I am still seeing these insects on an almost daily basis. Anyone have any idea what these insects could be or what else can be done to get rid of them? I don't have any pictures at the moment, but I am fairly certain they aren't roaches.
No, I have looked around some other sites and the descriptions that come closest seem to indicate its some type of pantry pest. Though the fact that removing all of the food from the cupboards and cleaning them has had no effect makes me question that.

Aside from what you've already done, have you figured out where they are entering? If RAID isn't stopping them by spraying, you could always buy some caulking and seal up and holes they are using. This can backfire if they just find another route, but if there isn't a reward on the other end (all food is gone), then it might work out.
Could you maybe describe these insects more? Do they have wings? How small are they? What do they look like?
"Small black bugs" could be absolutely anything.
They generally seem to be about 2 centimeters long and no wings. They look similar to the flour beetle now that I have looked that up, though they have a white spot on their backs. Though to be honest I am more concerned with getting rid of them than identifying them, just thought if I could get a definitive identification it could help with that.
I am not exactly sure where they are coming from, but I tend to see them in close proximity to my sink and bathtub drains. That kind of leads me to suspect they are coming up through the drains, but I don't know likely something like that would be and I am not sure what can be done if that is the case.

Its possible they are coming up from the sewer/septic system. If so, spraying raid probably won't help. Get some bleach, pour a cup or two down each hole that is causing the problem, and seal it off with a drain plug overnight. Will kill any still in there, and make them less inclined to come up the drains.

Identifying them conclusively is indeed the best bet to finding out how to get rid of them.
