Youtube not being very friendly.

Okay, I do not get why Youtube is being such a picky bitch, because I distinctly never remember it ever giving me shit. Basically, I have a wav file that I recorded with sound recorder. Now I want to put this up onto youtube. It does not accept wav files so I have to attach a picture or something to make it a movie. Only apparently it also does not accept movie maker files either. Saved projects nor completed ones. I am on VIsta 64 Home Premium and have downloaded 3 different converters and none have worked... what the fuck is the problem here? D:

    If you click Publish in Movie Maker, shouldn't it convert it to a WMV? I think youtube accepts that.
