Quick computer question: Process History?

Hi everyone. I've got a really quick concern I was hoping someone might have an answer for. Usually I run Process Explorer in the background when I'm using my computer, just to keep tabs on all the running processes. Tonight, when I was doing just some light webbrowsing, I suddenly saw a new process open up in Process Explorer, then shut itself off just as quickly. Usually I google search these things as soon as I can, but in this case the process closed before I could even get a look at the name in the slightest. Is there any way to get a history list of all processes that have run? Or else, find any information on processes which have closed?
