    The Sandman is kind of ridiculous now. Yeah, you die as a scout if anyone so much as sneezes at you now, but being able to double-jump again is a more than fair tradeoff. I think it's a little too powerful in its current incarnation.

    I don't really think it's overpowered at all, and it seems like the common opinion is that it's vastly underpowered now

    got a medal, still don't have any new hats

    I was thinking today and I realized that not only have I never gotten a hat, but I've never seen anyone get one

    It's pretty balanced now. Removing 30 health was a good idea, removing the ability to stun uber's was a good idea and giving double jump back was a fair trade off for those two.

    So the capturing team in CTF gets a 10sec crit-boost? I like this idea.

    Also whats the medal actually do? I haven't had a chance to get on to TF2 yet.

    Well, I'm going off my personal experience with the Sandman. I was playing with it at lunch and it seemed almost too easy to use. Before, I had trouble doing much of anything beyond the occasional stun. Now I'm racking up 10-15 point streaks primarily because I have the Sandman. I used to run into a Heavy and generally get killed, but now I just stun them and kill them with the bat.

    Might just be me, though. And it stunning through Ubers was stupid anyways.

    They can keep the inability to stun ubers, fine whatever, just give me back that 30 hp so I'm not dying in a single shot from any weapon in the damn game. I didn't even mind not being able to double jump.
