Jpeg images are "empty files"

What the fuck does this mean?

I recently rebooted my PC because of some immense fuckup with the loading thing where it just froze on the fucking "welcome screen". Now I got it working again, like, half an hour ago, and I've gone about getting pictures off the internet to back me up in an argument (don't ask) and for some fucking reason my photo gallery isn't fucking reading them or displaying them.

It just says "Photo Gallery can't display this picture because it is an empty file". What the fuck does that mean and how the fuck do I fix the stupid thing?

I've had these exact same pictures saved to my pictures folder before, no problem. Only now it's refusing to show me any of the fucking goddamn things. I thought a system reboot was meant to fix problems not fucking create news ones. Stupid godfuckingdamn computer.

P.S: sorry about the liberal use of the F-word but I'm aggitated and tired of anything technological!

I don't know what's going on with your photo gallery but hopefully you can just go around it.

When you download the picture off the internet write down the address your saving it to.

right click start, click explore, and then find the picture at the address you saved it into.
