mmmm fancy meals
so, I was looking through the listings for Restaurant Week which is starting next week in NYC, and surely your city has some restaurant week going on soon and was thinking about all the fancy restaurants
i personally have not been to too many ultra-classy places
i went to collichio's craftbar last year, and fleur de sel a few years ago
ocean grill once, umm, perilla, which is harold's restaurant in nyc (the winner of top chef season 1)
been to taranta in boston
and really thats about it, because I don't have the money nor do I have a girlfriend to take out to fancy restaurants, but, man, i've had some really ridiculously good food
example: the rissoto at perilla was out of this world delicious, as were the scallops
stuff like that is just crazy
so i was wondering if anyone has experience with good good fancy restaurants and dishes
or maybe even ridiculously good dishes at not fancy places

This is nice because you can bring a wine you know you like, and restaurant wines are insanely overpriced.

We will probably finish it tomorrow, there is so damn much
a common misconception is that all french cooking is classical french, which it is not
simple is best
perhaps I will do that tonight
to eat
with this chili
$1.50 for a hotdog and soda
Le Fag
I'd have to eat snails too to get the taste of french cooking out of my mouth.
