A friend and I had a Left 4 Dead get-together planned for tonight, but his apartment flooded last night and it apparently bolloxed his power supply. Are there any brick-and-mortar stores we can look to for a replacement? Would Wal-Mart have any?
This is the kind of question where your efforts would have been infinitely better spent using a telephone.
Yes, Walmart, Gamestop, and any other number of brick and mortar stores carry replacement power supplies.

Yeah, there really isn't anyplace for us to call at 10pm on a Sunday night. He just wanted to know where he should go in the morning. I haven't been in a gamestop in years so fucked if I know what they sell. :P
Anyway, it's all been made moot. Subsequent testing has shown that the problem is not his power supply but the actual box. This thread can be closed.
