First question. Only a video card can cause artifacts on the screen, correct? Or is that a wrong assumption?
I just got my MSI 6800GT back after they had it for an entire month. The same thing happened when I restarted my computer (after installing some updates for Windows or something). I also noticed that it was the same card I had sent them, one I got back in August '05. Could it be possible that they didn't fix it right? It was working for a bit while I was playing some games, it wasn't until I restarted.
My computer is practically dust free and the temperature inside is normal. But there is something that causes the computer to be much louder and vibrate more noticeably.
I don't want to RMA the card again, and I don't really want to take my PC some place and pay an arm and a leg either. What should I do?
