Movement speed is actually perfectly adjusted. Recon are fast as fuck, assault are pretty fast in their own right, and support are lumbering hulks which doesn't matter because thermal vision and tier one mosok access
It's just slower paced
I have a hard time playing COD4 after neotokyo

and they could definitely bring up the movement speed a fair amount without affecting the pacing and turning it into UT

also they seriously need to add some differentiation to the guns

Because it's not good. It's amusing, it's good enough for a free game, but I wouldn't pay full game price to deal with the sort of bullshit this game routinely results in. It's like CSS with a bunch of extra stuff tacked on that makes it bad.

They are both going for different things.
I think NT has a shit load of potential, as it is pretty damn fun at this point. Dystopia is only more of a complete game that gives a better experience as such.
