HI GUYS I NEED A NEW SCREEN FOR MY XBOX 360 IM CURRENTLY USING A 27 INCH STANDARD DEF 15+ year old TV.
Was looking to replace it with a LCD MONITOR OR A LCD TV ( I will probably use this for 90% gaming 10% movies)
Should I get a LCD TV or a LCD MONITOR? I am looking anywhere from 24 inches to around 40 inches in size.
Looking to spend anywhere from 300 to 1000 dollars. I will be sitting somewhat far away (not like sitting in front like a pc). 90% of the time will only have one user using tv/monitor.
I am still living at home so it will be in a bedroom. Also if you know any good deals or have recently bought anything for the same use and been happy with it let me know.

i went for the sony kdl-32w4000. really good for xbox and ps3
at the time i got it. the vga out on the xbox was the 720p signal converted to diffrent resolotions for what ever you monator was. so i thought. its got hdmi. might as well have 1080p
