Example, a router that networks a hard drive. Can you use this storage router to share media to the 360?
The PC is off, but the hard drive is connected to the network and sharing. Would the 360 be able to see the drive and access it?

Or am I totally misreading the capabilities of the router :|

The computer will have to be on to share data on an internal harddrive.
If you have an external USB harddrive, you can hook it up to the router and share the data.

You need to share the drive through a pc running the media connect software. Or, to be honest, it may be easier to just connect he drive to teh 360 itself
