In quite a few African countries there's all sorts of entrenched racism, whether it's religious or the remnants of very old tribal and caste systems (contrary to the song, there were caste systems -or at least semi tribal divisions indistinguishable in practice from a caste system- in lots of countries, many of them pre-dating the Indian systems).
What about people whose origins are in the Caribbean? Or Native Australians or Maoris? Or even the sharp divisions between segments of Indian, Pakistani or Bangladeshi culture?
