Windows Office Ultimate - lost my product key [Solved]

So I purchased and downloaded Microsoft office from here: http://www.microsoft.com/student/discounts/itsnotcheating/default.aspx around the start of last year. I recently re imaged my computer so i had to reinstall office from the back up discs they sent me. That was all well and good, but it seems that i deleted the email containing my product key, and it didn't come with the discs they set me.

So my question? how on earth do i find this product key? i've looked all over the site and the Microsoft support site. I tried to look up past purchases but i can't even find a link for that. Anyone else been in a similar situation? I live in Australia if that's of any help.

Tried calling them? I think they have a support line for this sort of thing.
