I skimmed the stickies and I'm pretty sure this hasn't already been done.
Ok, so I'm not able to upload anything right now. No pics, vids, music etc. I tried Imageshack, Putfile, Photobucket, and my account on ConceptArt. Nothing works; hell, I tried emailing a friend, and even email refuses to work.
The only consistent poblem I've seen is that the status of every upload is stuck at "sending request to [website]". Help. The government is trying to stop me from opening your eyes.

Have you tried a bandwidth speed test site just to see? It might help narrow things down.
