    I always new my mom loved The Breakfast Club.

    One day, I found a copy of the soundtrack on cassette in my Dad's car. He got all fussy and paranoid about it, wanted me to make sure I put it back exactly where I found it for fear it would get lost or busted or something.

    I found out not long after that it was their movie.

    They'd been divorced almost twenty years.

    I didn't know who he was and I liked pretty much everything he made prior to Home Alone. Probably because I was 14 wehn Home Alone came out and up till I was 18 I didn't much care about who was making my entertainment. After that he never made a movie I liked.

    Nope, they're just movies, I don't give a shit who makes them. Looking at the wikipedia entry, the only movie of his that I actually like is Home Alone.
