I've been thinking about developing a website for a long time. Basically I'm looking for a place to house and promote my fiction, because the internet is such a great DIY place. But I'm a little unsure of my choices when it comes to web development websites.
I'm familiar with the ones like Moonfruit, but I'm looking for some recommendations for what's good. Something that I can personalize and make my own. Price is one of my limiting factors, but I'd like to see a wide range of web development stuff and then make a decision on what's the best bang for my buck.
