I need to know what font they use for the text in A Softer World for a project I'm doing, and I suck at finding shit on the internet.

It looks like a typewriter font, but I can't peg down which one. Teletype or typewriter new roman maybe?

Get something from here. Mom's Typewriter or VT Protable Remington (2nd page) look kinda similar. Don't try and source Telepath-Extreme from somewhere for free, because it's an ass-hole thing to do.

:D They are mostly tacky and cheap and a lot of them are basically rip-offs of licensed fonts, but it's marginally better than stealing the proper versions. It's a handy source for small projects and getting decorative fonts but be aware that most of the fonts there aren't usually complete sets, they are often caps only and/or don't have extended characters so they aren't usually suitable for proper design projects.
