Battlestar Galatica DVD

So, as always, I've managed to avoid all spoilers (except when my "friend" fucked up one of the best reveals of Season 3) and whatnot for this season, and now they're out on DVD and I'm going to get them soon.

Last time I made the mistake of getting 2.5 and not 2.0 because I thought it was just 2 with extra material. Wal-Mart currently has season 4.5. Is it safe to assume that its the second half of Season 4 and I need to find a box that has *just* Season 4 on it?

    4.5 is the second half of season 4. Unless you're in the UK (which you aren't, but I'll continue anyway) in which case season four is the first half of season four and "the final season" is the second half. Don't be fooled by the UK's "Season 1-4" boxset - it stops halfway through the fourth season.

    Yeah, but then he's got to pick a show. I mean, there's a complete Quantum Leap boxset. I'd have a hard time turning that down.

    I do want that. But I already have seasons 1-3 on DVD. I'd be doubling my DVD...which in theory is a great value, but I only really need one DVD of each season-thing.

    Unfortunately, it's a cash grab by NBC/SciFi. edit - SyFy (I feel dirty for just typing that)

    You need to buy 4.0 for the first half and 4.5 for the second half. There is no one set of all of JUST season 4.

    Currently on my shelf I have Season 1, 2.0, 2.5, Razor, 3 and 4.0. I just need 4.5 to complete the set. NOTE The season 3 box set also includes Razor.
