Dead 360

I just got my 360 in the mail from being repaired and it will not turn on. I have checked all the cables, what could be wrong? I am going to call tech support later but I do not look forward to that at all. Power brick has a light on, and the outlet is good.

    Try reseating the power cable, I know the one on my 360 can be a bit finnicky. If that doesn't fix it, I'd say your replacement unit is DOA.

    I did all that and nothing, how the hell is it DOA? Do they not turn these things on before they send them out?
