My eyelid feels like it's twitching.

nothing to worry about. That stuff happens, if it is twitching non stop, maybe then you should worry and talk to your doctor. Otherwise if its out of the blue, once in a while, no sweat.
Sleep more. Like the rest of your muscles, it twitches when it's exhausted. Get some rest, don't spend as much time in front of a screen. If it persists, becomes regular, is so violent it affects your vision on a regular basis, then go see a doctor. At that intensity it can be a sign of a neurological disorder.
Stress and too much caffeine are what cause it in me. Usually, I get it in my eyelids, or on the backs of my hands. A couple of days away from caffeine and spending more time sleeping and it goes away.
I used to get those and asked my Mom about them. Apperantly it means something good is going to happen. Take it how you want it though, good or bad, superstitious or non, it's not going to kill you and just wait it out.

Well, so far it hasn't happened yet today.
It's not the sleep thing as I get a good 8-11 hours of sleep (during the holiday break) and I rarely drink soda or coffee.
Haven't had a banana in awhile though and I am fairly stressed out about a trip.
This brings me to another question. I have trouble where I unconsciously internalize stress which gives me *wicked* stomach and intenstine cramps and gives me massive diarhea often for days.
I don't feel stressed in the sense of me going "WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?!?!?!" but the cramps things are definately noticable.
Is there anything I can do? Any OTC meds that might help this? Anti-diarheal medicines are a crapshoot - sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. It's especially bothersome when I'm at someone's house and I have to be on the toilet for 20+ minutes (this is not an exaggeration).

Your stress level is a factor but it's really a potassium deficiency that's getting you. Eating bananas can restore some of the balance in your system and help with the squirts as well. Not only that, because you're on the toilet constantly, you're losing water....fast. The water in your body needs to be replaced. Try some juice to get the balance back in your system; avoid overdoing it because you can upset your stomach even worse with too much citric acid. If you get a queasy feeling, slow down and drink a glass of water over the space of ten to fifteen minutes.
Beyond that, exhaustion can occur even if you are getting plenty of sleep. The body needs restful sleep. And that doesn't mean passed out drunk. If this persists past the holidays, consider seeing a sleep therapist. Good luck.

I'll see into those bananas. I don't drink so if I'm not getting 'restful' sleep, it's due to stress.
Interesting side note - Until the very first day of 9th grade, I was fairly 'normal' as far as stress goes. But the very first week of 9th grade (this was 7+ years ago) I had shivers, cramps, the whole nine yards.
Ever since then it has come and gone, seemingly when I'm at places I don't want to be (like a shitty job). I also get seemingly (but unconsciously) anxious when I'm not around my own house.
I have trouble using the restroom anywhere else as my systems 'clamp down' which makes the cramps even worse. Doctors said they can't find anything physically wrong (though I'm not sure if they checked my potassium levels) and thus it might very well all be in my head.

Sure wish I knew what the hell happened to me.
Well, as far as I remember, you would have been in the range for early onset of any number of anxiety disorders. Its been a while since my Abnormal Pysch course though.
I usually make sure I'm properly hydrated if I start getting twitchy.
I'm willing to bet that your health insurance has a provision for Mental Health care. Maybe you should get yourself evaluated by a professional, for peace of mind, if nothing else.
Staring at a computer screen all day can cause pretty bad eye fatigue. Take regular breaks and stare off into space without concentrating on anything for 5 minutes or so.
For your stomach probs, see a doctor about IBS (Irritated Bowel Syndrome).
Well, in my father's immortal words "if you're not screaming or dying, shut up, you pansy" (He's an internist). But yeah, I'd see a doctor if those stress/whatever cramps start really acting up, but the eye twitch is nothing to worry about. I get them every once in a while, it's nothing important. The cramps and such may be connected to stress. I know I got much more in the way of stomach related symptoms when I was in my freshman year at college. Of course, you may also just have a terrible stomach, which wouldn't necessarily show up in any sort of testing, as it's not really a "disease" so much as "wow this sucks".
Anyways, see a doc, he might notice something that was missed earlier, or even just have some advice about stress reduction if it is purely pyschosomatic.
Localized muscle twitches can also be caused by lack of iron. I take Centrum which is one of the only multivitamins with 100% iron because I get them pretty frequently especially in my arms and wrists after playing games. But also note that iron is the easiest mineral to OD on.
