I'm in the process of buying a storage locker from my condo corporation. I've picked it out, they've sent me all the paper work and instructed me (or my lawyer) to contact their lawyer to complete the transaction.
Do I need to hire my property lawyer again? I used him when I bought the condo for the lien search etc. Do I need to do the same thing on a storage locker?
Other then paying to make paperwork go away, what else would he do for me?
According to the paperwork I'm going to be paying an addition $300 for their legal fees, on top of the price of the locker. I'm guessing I'd be charged slightly less then that by my Lawyer.
TLDR: Do I want to hire a property lawyer to buy a storage locker in my condo?
