[4E] Open Design beginning new project.

Wolfgang Baur, publisher of Kobold Quarterly, Ennie-winning designer and former editor of Dragon, is starting a new 4E patron project over at the Open Design livejournal site:

The title of the adventure is "Court of the Shadow Fae" and you can read more about it here:

The adventure will be designed over several months with patron input and review. Senior patrons will be able to contribute a member of the Shadow Fae Court! These projects are delivered in PDF format with the option to get a print copy from Lulu.com.

As a patron who's gotten the chance to contribute, I can tell you, these projects are very interesting and fun. You get to see how the adventure is created, comment on it, and impact the final product. These guys just won the Silver Ennie for Best Electronic book at Gencon, so they must be doing something right.

    Well, this project is at 75%, so there's time to get in and make your mark on it.

    You know you want to... beautiful electronic maps, PDF format...perfect for PbP games... ;)
