So I was fiddling around in the basement and saw my old guitar box. I looked at the side of it, and it says stuff like "Included!: a guitar strap, string winder" and other such features. Problem is, I never got a strap, or a "string winder" in the box. I dont even really know what that is.

I thought it was fishy when my brother called me about how he was having trouble attaching his guitar strap to his guitar, and I had none. When we were at the store, I was told that getting the store used guitar was better because it had been worn in already (yes, it sounds pretty dumb but it made sense to me) so we asked for the store to box the floor guitar. perhaps it was a mistake made at the time. it was too many years ago (probably 3?) anyway, so that doesnt matter.

but now that you know my plight, i need to know:is there replacement stuff I can get for cheap? do I need that stuff really?

tl;dr - My guitar pack is missing stuff, but it's been way too long to do anything about it. String winders and straps for cheap?

also, where can i buy drumsticks and are they cheap? i got some from Rock and Roll hall of fame, but i lost them in this shithole of a house.

pheezer EDIT:
"Gypped" is a racist perjorative towards the Rom, it's like saying "Jewed", only it insults a smaller group of people. It's not appropriate here, thanks.

Any music store should have drumsticks, and unless you're buying super high quality, they should be relatively cheap. One here in Chicago (I don't remember the name) is having a Christmas sale right now, 12 pair for $12.

A guitar strap can probably be had for $5. A string winder is a little plastic do-hickey that saves you from twisting the tuners by hand when re-stringing a guitar. It also distributes the force more evenly and reduces the wear on your tuners but unless you're winding and unwinding strings way more than you should, or it's a vintage piece with original hardware that you're trying to preserve, you don't need one for any reason beyond laziness. It shouldn't cost more than $2-$5 either.

I'm sort of assuming USD here.

The bit about the guitar being used though, eh. You got hustled unless you also got a discount for that.
