Problems with Road Runner Cable?

I'm having the most bizzare internet problems tonight. I have Road Runner cable (Time Warner to be exact) and I can only get to a few internet sites (here, Xbox.com, Steampowered.com to name a few). I can't get to Yahoo, Google, my ISP's home page, imageshack, etc.) I'm making the assumption that my ISP is crapping itself but I want to do a sanity check, anyone else with Road Runner having this issue?

Edit: Never mind, was ISP.

    I have Road Runner and lately my PC has been running into "Resolving Host" at intermittent times when trying to connect to some times. But I can eventually connect. Not sure if these could be related.
