Super Street Fighter IV: T.Hawk, Dee-Jay, and Juri announced (100% less Dan)

It takes up about 4.5 GB on my harddrive. Sucks for you that you have to deal with bandwidth limits.
It's 50% off on Steam this weekend.
I normally wouldn't buy it twice but it is tempting with the steam deal. I might grab it and download it piecemeal.
Crouching hp snuffs a lot of jump ins if timed correctly for Sakura
Stop jumping.
Especially with Gouken. I need to just work on execution and being a stone wall that people are afraid to attack.
Then when they are confused/turtling, I keep them at bay with hadoukens and time my trip/EX grab from across the room.
I love Dan and all, but if I want to get real good and progress against experienced vets, I need a more well rounded character.
I got to the finals of 3 G2 Championships, losing every one. More Gouken is needed.
Clearly you can not see the full glory of Saikyo.
If I get it fixed I'll probably be on later. My GFWL ID is the same as my 360 - ErrorMacro1. If anyone wants to eventually play, beat the crap out of me, make me cry, etc ... feel free to add me.
EDIT:
Ha, I just noticed SF4 now shows up twice in my little sig thing. Awesome.
This is usually what I try to do. Though I can only do it successfully against people who think the only way to move horizontally is by jumping forward.
Oh, hey I'm making a game! Check it out: Dr. Weirdo!
It also usually helps to create a game, that way you have all the picky latency guys choosing games to compensate for your ping, so it ends up usually being a 4+ bar game.
It can be bad, but for the most part, just start games or join 3+ bar ones.
When you join a game, give it 2-3 seconds to load before hitting Start. This will give the bars time to adjust and show their true latency.

Thank you for the advice, I do however know about all that. I haven't fought anything below 3 bars. I was saying that even the actual 4 bar matches I've been having are terrible.
Why don't you just suck it up and avenge your wussy eye-gouging father already?

Then it might just be they are located somewhat close to you, but have crap connection (56k/DSL and stoof).
What are you up to around 7:15PM tonight? I could add you and game, see if it's still laggy between us too.
Are you EST? If so that would be great.
Did Dan's Dad take Sagat's eye?!?
Sagat killed him for it.
I usually wait a few seconds before commencing the game and see which way the bar goes. If a 3 bar match goes down to 2 after waiting, I cancel. If it stays, or goes up to 4/5, I stay.
Is Gouken really that more well rounded? As a Dan player I can usually handle Gouken pretty well.
Gouken is probably the most well rounded character in the game.
I've played your Dan, and he's good. The thing is, since not many people play Dan, his tricks aren't well known. I've gotten better against him, like what's punishable with what, etc. But I still play some that have random tactics I haven't seen yet.
That's what I like about Dan. If your enemy gets too defensive, you can do the jump over the head trick with blocking opponents, and start combos on them with the low kick overhead thingy.
If that doesn't work, you can FA into running away all day to trick them and jump taunt to dodge/antagonize people.
Dan is really great, but going from the mobility and versatility of Gouken to Dan is like blehhhhhhhh, especially fighting someone like Akuma or Dhalsim.
A good Gouken really yomi's you to the point that you just get frustrated and make dumb mistakes, which just gets you punished harder.
The second sentence puts it perfectly.
This is the same feeling I get with an experienced Abel. Just get maimed until I get frustrated/confused and start making dumb, random moves.
Don't know anything about it but appearently there are a lot of big name players there.
Today I realized I'm just 1000 points short of going to G1 on the 360 and I'm playing like shit now, because I always think about how it's just 8 more finals or something. Damnit.
GOGOGO!! Thanks for this link.
Yeah, right now it's just some Ken doing pretty awesome combos but I suppose the matches are coming up.
Make sure you are using fixed framerate. If you are using variable, there are problems in multiplayer and you will experience slowdown. Both players need to have fixed framerate to have the best experience.
Dunno, Akuma is probably one of the characters I have the least trouble with now. Maybe because I've faced him a ton, but still...
That happens. For instance, in general I find a Gen player to be 1000 times more scary than a Sagat player.
Also, I tried it again and now it's working fine. I think my internet was just having issues for whatever reason earlier. It happens from time to time where I am, but it's never happened on a weekend morning before.
If you want to play I'm still up for it. But I don't need help figuring out internet issues anymore. Thanks anyways.
edit:
Oh, I also just realized I don't have a computer headset anymore. I'm going to have to look into getting one.
I KNOW! What the fuck? And Filipino Champ beasting Sim!
Bustabust! Rep that ABEL!
And Yeb with that Beast Gen, god I wanna play gen but that mk hands is so harrrrdddd!
Games for Windows Live really sucks in the respect that you can't disable voice without disabling messages. I really hate people with a room mic that transmit all the time.
