WC3 and the Fatal Error.

Today I found out that God hates me. After finally fixing my connection problems so I can get back into my DotA, I find out that WC3 has decided to fatal error on launch. Every launch.
The only difference between yesterday, when WC3 was working, and today, when it's not, is that last night my CPU was running at like half speed and I couldn't figure out why, so I took the CPU out to see if it had been physically damaged or something and then replaced it. After that I noticed that the connector had fallen off the pins on my motherboard for the JumpFree or whatever setting that lets me regulate the CPU speed from the BIOS. I replaced it and everything was fine, so I went to sleep.
Today I try and get in a game of DotA before lunch and it's just fatal error after fatal error. I've been googling, but I've tried just about every solution I've found.
Here's what I've done so far:
Restarted WC3.
Restarted my computer.
Scanned for spyware and viruses.
Reinstalled my sound card's drivers (x2).
Run a registry file that reset all my WC3 settings.
Reinstalled WC3.
The only other options I've found through googling are to reinstall my video card's drivers and to check my RAM. I'm about the reinstall the drivers, but I hold very little hope for that working. I don't think the RAM is the problem because everything else is running perfectly normal, no crashes or blue screens, only WC3 is giving me trouble.
Any ideas?
PS. It's fatal error! Exception: 0xc0000005, if that helps.
Edit; Alright, I'm switching my hardware sound acceleration to standard and it hasn't crashed yet. If this works then I'd really like to know why, and how I can fix it. :X
