There's one directly in her lung area. She's a small cat, should i yank it out? She's ignoring it, after what looks like a lot of tending of the thing... its fucking .. hm

Very much no. If it's in the chest cavity you need to go to a vet like now. Porcupine quills are shaped like little hooks on the end and even if she doesn't have a pneumo now you may give her one.
Best of luck, but yeah, a dug in quill is a barbed piece of horror and should be attended to by a vet or at least someone trained to deal with such things.
I hope your kitty is doing well.

First they came for the Muslims, and we said NOT TODAY, MOTHERFUCKER!
Mitzi is a strong one. Thank you everyone especially Dispatch!
What did the vet end out saying? I would be curious where she got the quills, it may be worth a call to animal control if you find out they're living under your house or something.
Seriously though, the quill wasnt in very deep at all, and it was removed very carefully by the doc. But it couldve gone worse quick. It was a bit traumatizing for my cat, she doesnt like going for car rides. She does frequently go outside, chase bugs, stuff like that, so i guess she encountered a creature that 'piqued' her curiosity.

More like poked her curiosity.

So you didn't let the cat out of the bag, or was it quilling you not to do it?

Also, kitty threads demand kitty pics.
It's, like, a law or something.
Maybe that's just being needy.
Glad the kitty is alright! Super cute black cat.

Since cat pictures are always good:
