Recently I contracted a trojan virus, after some work I managed to get it cleared but from this event my ability to access any website is gone outside of diagnostics mode. General situation is if i can get fire fox to open right at start up web pages load like normal but then several seconds nothing goes. I've turned off several start up items i didn't recognize worked for a day and now nothing.

I'm in diagnostics mode now, everything works swimmingly, but this is not a fix.

For reference the trojans I seemed to have found where just labelled MSA though MSD.

Edit: Testing leads me to believe that the culprit is in the daunting list of services. I have turned on everything in the start up section of msconfig, and internet is working fine.

Edit2: I got it working for now, Might have fixed it, seems that "Windows Management Instrument" is the cause? Guess this can be locked now.
