I’m confused now. IMDb lists two series: one from the early ’90s and a current one.
I’ve seen a few of the new McKenzie episodes as part of Masterpiece Mystery.
Joan Hickson (the best Marple) is the 80s-90s series of Marple adaptations, which were by the BBC. Geraldine McEwan (McKenzie in the fourth series) is the new Marple when ITV made some new adaptations a few years ago. I never know how they're shown in the US as over here they are just stand alone dramas.
Well, they had a thing they called ‘Six by Agatha’ where they ran one episode (Poirot or Marple) six Sundays in a row.
Both the spellings "mate" and "maté" are used in English. The acute accent on the final letter indicates that the word and its pronunciation are distinct from the common English word "mate" /ˈmeɪt/, meaning a partner (US) or friend (UK, Aus, NZ). However, the Yerba Mate Association of the Americas states that it is always improper to accent the second syllable, since doing so confuses the word with an unrelated Spanish word for killing ("Maté" literally means "(I) killed" in Spanish).
I sense a hilarious misunderstanding.

Whenever I see Japan and cesca having a conversation with each other in [chat], I imagine the strange picture of the pair setting head-to-head typing at each other.
How the fuck is that in any way, shape, or form Polish?
let's be honest here, the poles don't really attribute anything to the international community aside from pierogies, kielbasa and gratuitous use of the letter z

I was going to comment that this chat title is surprising literate for a weeaboo, referencing the early myths recorded in the 7th century poem-prose volumes of the kojiki

What really? Man, If I wasn't going to the airport to pick someone up I would totally hit those up.
TWO DAYS MOTHER FUCKER!
S’all I know about it.
I'm just rounding that series off. The problem with long distance relationships though is that TV you watch together really slows the fuck down.
So to speak.
Yerba mate is the only tea worth drinking.

and get some pulled pork and a fried plantain
Fair enough. I just love the shit so much.

Tell me, does consecrated ground burn hot when you walk on it?
There has to be some form of corrective surgery for your horrific ailments. Medical science has advanced a great deal.

french fries don't count as potatoes especially if you drench them in stuff
they fall under the much different category of "fried" while cheese fries fall under "heart attack on a plate"
