I really hope someone at Marvel hears the resounding cry of how much that costume sucks, and does something about it.
Like add pouches and belt buckles.
He hears the cry of bland costumes and crawls forth from his eldritch crypt. With pen in hand he twitches and spasms the ink upon the page. And behold his creations of disconnected muscles and broken spines are held together with extra belts and endless pouches. His work done, he slinks back to the darkness, in the realm of madness he dwells. Leifeld.
The art was much more cartoon-y than usual for Noh-Varr. After guys like J.G. Jones, L. Francis Yu, Jim Cheung, and Mike Deadato drew great Marvel Boys the annual's art was inferior.
I actually really enjoyed the art style of the annual. Certainly, it was a little bit on the less realistic, more cartoony side, but that was OK by me.
Wasn't too fond of the costume, though. Thought it was a little too bland and boring.
I'm having a bit of a problem and I am assuming others might because no one has mentioned Jonah Hex #50.
I want to post my thoughts on it. I've been trying to write them down all weekend and still nada. The problem is that the book has basically rendered me speechless and even when I have single thoughts it's not getting typed down. Something about violence and justice and holy God Almighty the last panel...

Hire Nomura and get some zippers in there.
Lose the black bars on the arms and I think it would be fine otherwise.
I agree, it's the mask that really makes it look retarded. What the heck is the weird fin thing on top of his head about?
"And this is his sofa, is it?" said Arthur.
It's a rudder.
MY HAT'S LIKE A SHARK'S FIN!
