    I don't understand baseball.
    Baseball is like K-theory -- you have to spend so many fucking years of study to understand it that by the time you do, you have to keep pretending it's not boring and pointless, just to save face.

    I can't play sports to save my life -- that's why my preferred forms of exercise are the kind where clumsiness doesn't matter -- but even I can see the drama in a basketball game.

    boxing, basketball and football are my top three in terms of competitive sports i've been involved in and enjoyed as well as spectated

    i'm not trying to completely bag on baseball, but it is frustrating because jesus christ it is so hard for a game to hold my attention
