Khorne, Khorne. Even I, with my capacity to see a nearly limitless set of outcomes, cannot fathom your intentions. You ignore the juicy gift I give you on a silver platter. Perhaps you can't make a horse drink by leading him to water, but I say that nobody's tried hard enough yet.
And so I cast another Teleport, this time into Bretonnia. Send Khorne's wayward second cultist into Norsca.
Remember your motto, my brother. "Blood for the Blood God!" Go get you some.
My apologies for interrupting your party, Slaanesh.
Teleport - 1 - When you play this card, move any Cultist or Warrior from this region to any other region.

Oh, brother, your plans are transparent even to me. However, I'll let you sit and scheme while the real men (and other) test their mettle on the field of battle. Don't think you can escape forever.
Blood Frenzy in Norsca - 0 - At the beginning of battle in this region, you roll two battle dice here and apply any resulting hits before regular battle dice are rolled
Fear not, my bloodthirsty sibling. It is not my intent to avoid the battle forever. I simply await the right moment, is all. As for my plans... you're a part of them, it's true. All of my siblings are; I wouldn't feel slighted, if I were you.
But for now, I ask that you continue to dance to my tune. It's a lovely tune and one that results in much bloodshed for you. That's not so bad, is it? But first, I need to borrow something from you and Grandfather. Don't worry; I'll take good care of it.
It's time for one of my very favorite spells, Drain Power, in Estalia.
Drain Power - 0 - When you play this card, you gain one power point. Each other player with at least one Cultist in this region loses one power point.
Dammit, I gotta try playing Tzeentch some time. He looks fun.
Also, Move one Seductress from Norsca to Troll Country. 3/6 Remaining
Sorry, brother, I don't care to fight just now.

This is so frustrating. I just want everyone to come play with me and have a good time, and little brother Tzeentch has to go and screw it all up.
Bloodsworn to Estalia
3/7 PP
Ok, seriously. Out-of-character and everything; what are you doing? Khorne doesn't have much of a chance of winning via victory points (from things like dominating and ruining regions, which generally comes from amassing cultists in regions and playing cards there). He has a better chance of winning by dial clicks, but he only gets dial tokens by killing enemy figures. Right now, your 1 PP cost cultists don't have any attack dice. Your 2 PP cost warriors have 2 attack dice. So unless you have some weird strategy in mind, you're best off summoning Warriors in regions with opposing enemy figures, especially when they have nowhere to run.
Usually this is hard for Khorne, especially in the first round, because everyone runs away from him. I've solved that problem for you by teleporting your cultists into regions with Nurgle and Slaanesh so you can spend your PP summoning your bigger figures there.
I have no idea what I'm doing is what I'm doing. =P
I've read a couple of the past threads, but it's tough for me to get a handle on strategies and whatnot without actually being involved, and my general policy with games I've never played before is to try something and see if it works, then modify strategy as necessary.

Oh! Well, welcome to CitOW, hehe.
What I limed works for some games but it won't really help you out here. If you get behind in the first round or two, it's really hard to climb out of that hole, especially if you're going for a dial victory.
The other three gods all have an easier time of winning via Victory Points; as Khorne, especially a new player, you want to go for a win via Dial advancement. The way Khorne earns Dial Tokens is by killing enemy figures; each player with at least 1 Dial Token per round advances their dial one click; the player with the most tokens advances two clicks. So, for you, you want to kill us as much as possible. In the first round, that means summoning Warriors (2 PP cost) wherever we are, and using your cards to make sure we can't run away.
Blood Frenzy up in Norsca was a good idea; summoning additional cultists to regions where you already have a figure presence is not. Later on, you can gain an upgrade that gives your cultists one attack die; at that point they become much more useful to you.
Having said all this, you may want to change your last move to summoning a Warrior somewhere instead; I don't really think anyone would have a problem with that.
Edit: And, read the manual! There's a section in the back with strategy for each god and how to play against each other god.

Very well, then. In Norsca, (M) Dark Influence - 1 - When you play this card, move a Peasant, Hero, or Noble token from this region to any other region.

It is possible, yeah. It's actually fairly common depending on chaos cards and old world cards.
Edit: Though, if you have 2 cultists in a region with 2 nobles, you'll still only get one dial token.
