basically these people can say whatever they want with no censorship because nobody is watching
The quote under Jim's picture is something he actually said on the air with a serious voice and all nicole could say was "oh uh he's kidding everybody loves jim! yep!."
As a result people at TWC like to keep stuff about Jim for blackmail value to get back at him when he does something or says something mean. Like when TWC randomly released this video of him hiccuping on air on youtube. He was very embarrassed about it and gets kind of angry if people mention it:
