Graffiti Kingdom is an action-RPG for the PS2 where you can create your own characters to play as. It features terrible voice acting. Apparently, for Touhou fans, it also has Reimu.
Reimu Hakurei from the Touhou Project makes an official appearance as "Flying Maiden", as Touhou's creator was involved in the production of Graffiti Kingdom.

ZUN worked for Taito, which I totally forgot. Fascinating! Anyway, I don't really have much more to say.

Destruction, death, despair – Bazooka was no stranger to love. He knew the rules, and so did I. Unfortunately, Afro Spice was unaware of these rules and Bazooka had to give her up. Forging forward on his own path, searching for his nephew Josh, he drove all day and all night. He ran so far away. Unfortunately for Bazooka, he couldn’t get away.

“What’s going on in this city?” Bazooka questioned in his own mind as he approached the once beautiful Graffiti Kingdom. A million questions were racing through his mind like a half million crazy taxis fighting over a quarter million urgent customers. Bazooka had been witness to the end of one city already; nothing changes ‘cause it’s all the same – it all just happens again way down the line.

Bazooka waited. The lights above him blinked and sparked out of the air. There were devils in the kingdom. He didn’t see them, but had expected them now for minutes. His warnings to Josh Harwell were not listened to and now it was too late. Far too late for now, anyway. Bazooka was a taxi driver for fourteen years. When he was young he watched the taxis and he said to dad “I want to be on the taxis daddy.” Dad said “No! You will BE KILL BY LEVEES” There was a time when he believed him. Then as he got oldered he stopped. But now in the graffiti kingdom base of the graffiti kingdom he knew there were devils. “This is Pixel” the radio crackered. “You must fight the devils!” So Bazooka gotted his taxi cab and blew up the kingdom gates. “HE GOING TO KILL US” said the devils “I will shoot at him” said the Evil Devil and he fired the evil I got nothing clever. Bazooka taxied at him and tried to taxi him up. But then the ceiling fell and they were trapped and not able to kill. “No! I must taxi the devils” he shout The radio said “No, Bazooka. You are the devils” And then Bazooka was a devil.

And in an instant, his life was changed. All of the structure of being a human had instantly shattered – bones gone, coherence vanished, and most of all: horrible modeling. This didn’t stop Bazooka, however. He knew what he had to do: join Pixel in his quest to restore Graffiti Kingdom back to its original state. Perhaps, if the Evil Devil was stopped, then Bazooka could be restored to his normal state.

    I forgot to mention -- from set02 and on, I think? I changed the voice acting to MY OWN. I couldn't stand that badness.

    Is this... is this game related to Magic Pengel, by any chance? They MUST be, they're both Taito.

    Some people have too much time on their hands with this game. There is an archive of creations made in this game, all of which make Kaseius's monsters look even worse.

    So this game is all sorts of awful, but is there actually a way to get a humanoid that doesn't walk like he is possessed?

    Yeah, I'd probably just need to properly draw him instead of trying to be clever and make them separate pieces. D:

    Actually Kaseius you seem to have it all wrong. Your characters should be made of tons and tons of parts the more the better usually.

    Rather then drawing stuff on its better to make it a part.

    Another set another horrible abomination to mankind....

    Oh Kaseius you know the yellow line when you are drawing auto completes stuff so you don't have to match the lines up together by hand. I kept doing that when I first started this and it sometimes decides to delete everything when you cross lines so it's best to use the yellow line.

    Great set! Good to see your Mad Sciencing was relegated to simply destroying Bazooka's legs further this time. >.> One of these days, he'll run correctly. One of these days.

    Are we going to see what the line pen is next set? I assume a pen that only draws straight lines?

    Kaseius, you are consistently wonderful.

    This game is completely ridiculous. I feel like they made an awesome concept with the painting of your own character and stuff, and then they made the most mediocre game they could and wrapped it around that.

    And then you made some horrid abominations and ripped their wold in twain.
