Need a new travel mug

The one I normally use has fallen apart (the bottom broke off) and I want to get a new one.

1) Not made in China. I am on a mission now to find one that isn't. This is proving to be my hardest challenge. I have found Malaysia on some of them, so that would do.
1.5) Certified BPA free if plastic
1.75) Dishwasher safe

2) Can fit in a car cup holder of standard size.

3) Good seal on the top.

4) One hand operation, as in I dont need to unscrew it like a thermos when I want to drink from it.

5) Keeps things insulated for a couple of hours. Some of the mugs out there are paper thin and are no better than a paper cup.

Anything?

Do you have a local Canfields or other outdoor sporting store? They may have a thermos/mug that can fit in car cup holders. (should have thermos..es that don't need to be unscrewed, either)

Just out of curiosity, can I ask why you only want one not from China specifically? Is there a plastic-toxicity concern or something?

Because I don't like buying things made in China when I can help it.

Personal preference. Would rather pay more for something not made there.

I've seen this mug pop up in a couple of places:

seems to meet the criteria. Ceramic, Dishwasher safe, Made in the USA.

Check out Etsy. There are some nice hand-made ceramic ones there.

Do the ceramic ones keep things insulated? I've never used one.

It will just be slightly under a thermos for heat/cold retention (due to the open slot to drink out of / the breather hole)

I've had good luck with ceramic ones. They keep my drinks hot and I find that things taste better to me out of ceramic rather than plastic.

My wife has this one, and I wish I did too. The seal never leaks, and it's got a pushbutton open/close feature for really easy one handed operation.

My only beef with it is that it does not have a handle.

Oh, and you can't go wrong with the price.
